Why is my container status not updated in emodal?

Container status, availability and fee/demurrage information shown in eModal is provided either by a shipping line or terminal operator so the process of updating or refreshing data is conintual.  In certain cases, updates may have been posted in one system, but the process to send it to eModal has not yet completed....

How do I request enhancements to eModal?

How long does it take to implement a truck appointment system?

On average, between 2-4 weeks time is required to configure and launch an appointment or PreGate function within eModal.  This assumes that your facility arlready shares data with eModal or, if not, you're happy to use one of our existing interface message specifcations (or an EDI message) to do so.
